Meet The Staff

When you call Dr. Womack’s office, you will be connected with Kim, our patient coordinator. She will assist you with general questions and scheduling your surgery appointment. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and patient privacy and is knowledgeable in all oral surgery procedures.

Also answering the phone is Chelsea, the assistant patient coordinator. She will be happy to assist you in scheduling a consultation with the doctor at our soonest availability. Chelsea manages patient referrals, registrations, and insurance policies, and is happy to answer any questions you have about your benefits or registration.

Tracie is our implant coordinator. She has over 20 years of dental experience. She will be your direct contact throughout the entire implant treatment process. Tracie will work closely with your general dentist from your initial consultation to your final check up to ensure that you receive the best possible results.

Bianca, our office manager and financial coordinator, will assist you with all your insurance and account inquiries. During your initial consultation appointment, Bianca will discuss the financial details of your treatment plan with you. She will explain the fees for your procedure and will help you to interpret the specific benefits of your insurance plan. In addition, she will provide you with a written estimate of the cost of your treatment and will explain the financial options that are available. She is well-versed in these issues and will make the financial part of your treatment as smooth and painless as possible.

The surgical staff at Dr. Womack’s office includes Registered Dental Assistants, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Assistants, a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Our surgical supervisor, Renee, has over 30 years of dental experience. She can answer any clinical questions you may have about your proposed surgery at the time of your consultation.

Melissa is our surgical assistant. She is a registered dental assistant and is CPR certified. Along with the surgical team, she will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your oral surgery needs.

Paul is our licensed vocational nurse. He has actively participated in direct patient care including pre-operative preparation, surgical procedures and recovery supervision. Staff training includes completion of accredited courses in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Assisting, ACLS, PALS, CPR and First Aid as well as regular continuing education. The surgical team is committed to treating every patient with the utmost respect and courtesy. They also continuously strive to promote quality oral and maxillofacial surgical care in order to provide a dental experience that is both safe and comfortable.
